"Great hotel, central location. Staff were very friendly and the room was in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable. Exactly like the photos online."

"The hotel is well positioned for local restaurants and shopping, but if you plan to arrive by car it can be difficult if you don’t know the area. There is a small otopark (TL200pd)within sight of the hotel but this is on the other side of a rain water channel. What made our 4 day stay especially great was the owner/manager who couldn’t do enough for us ( organising taxis to explore the local wineries. Best ones in our opinion are USAC, Statera, Hus, and Cakir). "

"The staff are super friendly and hospitable. Great breakfast was served every morning and the rooms are super cozy with easy access to everything you need in the city. "

"Pros: Staff and hotel was good. Easy check in. Location is very convenient. Very comfortable bed. Cons: The toilet was not properly cleaned as it had yellow stains but they cleaned it right away when we flagged it. The room we stayed at was facing to the street and right next to the entrance with a heavy door. So if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend that room but I am sure the others are fine."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little cold, but we asked for a portable heater and were promptly provided with two, which made it nice and toasty warm. A wonderful breakfast with high quality ingredients. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I can highly recommend if looking to visit Urla."
