The villa is built in a quiet point with a view to the Cretan mountains, the sea and part of the city of Heraklion. The driving distance from Heraklion is just 18’.

The closest beach is approximately 4kms away and in a short distance there are shops for provisions and taverns.

The villa has a private swimming pool. The ground floor is consisted of a main kitchen with all modern amenities, an oven and a microwave. There are 2 living rooms with fireplace, a dining room, a WC and big balconies that lead to the private garden.

There are 2 en-suite bedrooms and 4 more bedrooms that share 2 more bathrooms. There is also an external WC.

All rooms are equipped with air-condition, TV sets and central heating. There is an internet connection and an alarm system for your own safety.

From the spacious balconies, in all bedrooms, you can enjoy the amazing view from all rooms of the villa, ground floor and first floor.
