Perched above the sparkling sea on the north coast of Crete, in the charming village of Palaiokastro, our stunning In Blue Villa features 5 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Boasting two swimming pools, expansive outdoor living spaces, & panoramic sea views from every room, this villa is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and unforgettable moments with your loved ones.



Follow the villas picturesque, hidden stone pathway to a secluded, unorganized beach, an unspoiled stretch of coastline where you can swim, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the peace and natural beauty just moments from your door. Sunbeds will be available exclusively for the use of villa guests.

Outdoor area

The villas expansive outdoor area spans 1,000 m2 and is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. A charming pathway leads from the villa to a secluded, unorganized beach, offering a natural and tranquil escape.


More specifically, the outdoor area features:
- There are two swimming pools: the main pool measures 48 m2, includes a hydromassage feature, and has a depth of 1.50 meters, while the second pool is 18 m2, perfect for a refreshing dip.
The main pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one weeks notice.
- Surrounding the pool area are eight sunbeds, poof loungers, four daybeds, side tables, two poolside showers, and umbrellas
- The BBQ area is equipped with a premium BROIL KING grill, a single gas hob, a sink, and ample counter space for food preparation.
- Yoga equipment
- An outdoor dining area comfortably accommodates ten guests, and a long cushioned bench offers additional seating.
- Parking space for four cars inside the villa premises.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.


* Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
