Our newly renovated (50m2) apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 1 double bedroom and a living room sofa that turns into a double bed.

The flat offers one modern bathroom with shower cabin plus washing machine. All kinds of essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. In the living room, there is one sofa and TV. The main dining table for four people is in the same area.

Our flat is located in a residential area, just a 15min drive from Heraklion city center. It is a friendly neighborhood offering various shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. You can walk to the seafront in about 10minutes or you can try the nearest beach situated about 3km away.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
