Excellent Hotel and very friendly & helpful staff, but...We booked half board for the convenience of pre-paying. The hotel hadn't realised this on the first night so we were given the "normal menu". After that we had the "Half Board" menu which was very limited in it's offering. So we had some dishes three or more times during the week. Why should we be treated as inferior just because we want to pre-pay?

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Castello Infinity Suites Hotel.Für eine angemessenen Aufpreis haben wir ein Upgrade zu einer wunderschönen Suite bekommen. Das Essen im Restaurant war vorzüglich! Das Personal war so freundlich und familiär. Wir verlassen diesen Wunderbaren Ort mit ein paar Tränen in den Augen aber wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke an das ganze Team für die herzliche Art, es ist so schön wenn ein Lächeln stets erwidert wird! Macht weiter so! Liebe Grüße Florian und Sandra

Beautiful new modern hotel. Suite room was 2 floors with private pool. Only downside was that specific room didn’t have a nice view. Staff was great. Overall amazing hotel steps away from the beach, Agia Pelagia. Nice small beach. Also walking distance to souvenir shops and tavernas. Hotel rooftop restaurant was amazing! Great food, wonderful friendly staff. 10/10

O staff do hotel é excepcional. Eles não medem esforços para ajudarem ao hóspede com o que for necessário. Como melhoria, eu sugiro avaliarem aumentar a área para o café da manhã, pois teve um dia que, por causa da chuva, não havia mesas suficientes para todos hóspedes. Aqueles que chegaram quando o salão estava lotado, o garçom solicitava para que fizesse o pedido do quarto e tivesse o café da manhã no quarto. Claro, isso sem custo adicional. Mas, acabou gerando um contratempo para os hóspedes, como eu e minha esposa.

Where do I start I spent one day there but I’ve never experienced such hospitality there the staff the hotel manager Mr. George was nothing less than exceptional What wonderful place surrounded by amazing people and sites I will be definitely be back I even got a picture with mr george He greeted me with such respect and I’ll never forget my stay even if it just one day I recommend this resort for anyone to stay you won’t be disappointed Oh did I mention the food ?? Haha please try the blue crab waffle you won’t regret it

Chambre chic et trés confortable, piscine individuelle chauffée en avril, vue paradisiaque, lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire ainsi que le personnel. Les équipements et décorations de l'hôtel sont ceux d'un 5 étoiles. En revanche le service n'est pas celui d'un 5 étoiles, matériel de ménage et sac linge salle dans le couloir en permanence;linge de toilette humide pas changé systématiquement difficile à sécher à cette saison sans séche serviettes dans la salle de bain;pas de distributeur de mouchoirs dans la salle de bain;obligation de taper trés fort la porte de la chambre pour la fermeture ce qui est trés bruyant pour les chambres voisines.Malgré ces points facilement améliorables cet endroit est un petit coin de paradis!
