"Great condo! Ron was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The condo was clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Had some extra beach chairs & snorkels available for guest use. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was so helpful. We enjoyed meals on the private patio looking out at the grounds. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Beautiful property. Very secluded & private. Tides restaurant on property is excellent - live music Friday nights. Tides has a small lending library, a foosball table, pool table, & a few board games. Behind Tides is where the 2 community grills are located.The water in front of the resort is beautiful. They do get a lot of wind on that end of the island. Great for kite boarders & for keeping you from melting when laying out by the pool. The sand is not the powder soft type that you find at Grace Bay but certainly soft enough for us to walk barefoot daily. There are a number of built in beach umbrella spots with lounge chairs. There was also kayaks, paddle boards & a bin of sand toys.Our favorite restaurants nearby (15 minutes) were Snappers & Da Conch Shack. Both have great ambiance, good food, & are right on the beach with beautiful ocean views.The resort is about 20 minutes from the airport. 30 minutes from Grace Bay Beach - UNLESS you are traveling during rush hour.Staying here allowed us to visit this beautiful island at a fraction of the cost of the big resorts. "Off the beaten path for those who are looking to relax on the island. Condo was clean and very quiet. Being right on the ocean and having the community pool was wonderful! And the restaurant on location was really great!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, easily accessible on the first floor, and the owners were super responsive. The beach was lovely, the hot tub wasn’t quite so hot, but I think they were having some water and electrical issues at the time. They had to shut the water off for several hours midday one of the days we were there to replace a pump. I understand this was unexpected, so it didn’t affect my rating. The cracked conch at The Tides restaurant was fabulous! That was a great place to hang out and they had a musician one night, which was a lot of fun."

"We only have good things to say about the resort and condo. The condo was even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen had every pot or pan or utensil we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island."

"The room was perfect for our group of 4. We only needed 2 bedrooms but even if we had 6 people the condo would have been plenty spaciaous. The kitchen was well stocked and unit was well furnished. There is a safe inside a closet which is a nice touchThe grounds: very well maintained and landscaped natural "island" style. Nice pool and hot tub and the deck/patio around pool area had plenty of spaceThe beach: plenty of loungers on the beach with palapas for shade. Super soft sand with the most beautifully colored waters offshore. A very nice sand bank north of the condo over which you can easily swim when the wind is down."

"What a beautiful condo!We really did enjoy our visit to Noelle’s condo in NorthPoint Harbor. It was clean and well stocked. Noelle was a wonderful host with fantastic communication. A few things I wish I had known ahead of time tho. I thought VRBO had a 24 hour cancellation policy but apparently if you cancel your reservation at this condo even within 24 hours you are charged 50% of your rate. Also, the beach at NW Point is not as clean/clear as other beaches around the island so do your homework. There was a lot of seaweed growing and washing up as well. When it’s high tide you couldn’t take a walk on the beach as seaweed was piling up so of course it was buggy and stinky. However on the positive side you could see lots of sea turtles swimming so close to shore line in and out of the sea grass. With that said, driving on the island was super easy so we were able to check out other public beaches and found some with crystal clear water and white sand. All the beaches are public and Noelle had chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for you to use so it was fairly easy to do. All in all we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed our time in Turks and Caicos and will definitely visit the island again!"

The condo was perfect, had everything we needed, even several thoughtful extra details (towels, pools bags, towel clips, coolers, water bottles and more). The grounds were gorgeous, pool wonderful, and steps away from the beautiful beach with turquoise waters. It was our 1st time and we will book here again. "
