"This home is super charming and the perfect spot to enjoy good food (great kitchen!), a bottle of wine and lounging by the pool! We did a wonderful day trip into Seville and if we'd had more time, we would have visited other fun places in the vicinity."

"We had a fantastic stay here, it's out of the village but perfect for peace and quiet (it is walkable into Constantina). The accommodation is fairly simple but was spotless and the small bedrooms at the back of the property kept them cool, the pool was amazing and we used every day over Easter. David was the perfect host, taking us out and showing us Constantina and recommending places to go. Late check in was also no problem for him once we had made contact. Easy drive for Seville or...

CERRO CARLOTA A sustainable rural house in the Sierra Norte Natural Park, Seville.

10/10 Excellent

"We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad, ook al was het weer de eerste week koud en nat. Het huis ligt prachtig op een heuvel met verschillende mooie uitzichten een tuin rondom het huis. Goede tuinstoelen!Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en is zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Voor de koude avonden is er een houtkachel. De keuken apparatuur is goed. De eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en erg aardig.De omgeving is geweldig. Het nationale park Siërra Norte de Sevilla is heel geschikt om te wandelen. Overal zijn wandelingen uitgezet. Het stadje Constantina ligt op een half uur lopen van het huis, via een brede onverharde weg, en is erg gezellig. Veel restaurantjes en cafés. Er is een grote supermarkt. We gaan hier zeker nog eens terugkomen."

The couple that look after the property, Lola and Fernando, are extremely attentive and were a real pleasure to meet- they attended every day to sort the pool and tend the immaculate garden and were always happy to offer suggestions for local bars, restaurants, trips, etc. Maarten, the owner of the property, was in communication from the start and was very responsive and helpful dealing with any queries. Constantina is a pleasant, working agricultural town which does not get many tourists. The property is outside the village itself, is only a 10 min walk away and has all the amenities you may need- a good range of supermarkets/food shops and plenty of bars with excellent food. Sevilla and Cordoba are about an hour's drive away, the lovely city of Carmona 45 mins. We would highly recommend and would love to go back again."
