「I loved staying at the Hotel Roosje van de Kaap - Helpi was so welcoming and super friendly. The hotel has a restaurant but is also close to other dining options. There's also onsite parking - I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Swellendam.」

「From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had amazing service in a very beautiful guesthouse. All our comforts were met, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The hostess recommended and booked a dinner reservation for us which made our anniversary trip very special indeed. Absolute value for money. Highly recommended. 」

「What a wonderful place out in the country! They honor of their way to please guests. Breakfast and dinner are high quality. Rather than the usual breakfast buffet breakfast is high quality served at the table with options. 」

「Beautiful surroundings, quiet and private. Clean and well furnished, kitchen well done. The locking of the gate at 6 was a surprise to us and it would be nice to mention it or highlight this, phoning to say we are running 30 min late we did not get an option….very stressful on that road. Arriving we realised that the gate was manned and could have been opened for us 😟 The restaurant is very pricy, would be popular if there could be some cheaper family options. The brain area lovely on a perfect...
