Arrival.was easy and the welcome was warm and professional. Unfortunately the toilet overflowed while I was out and when I returned sewage was leaking into the bedroom . 20 mins after reporting it a maintenance man arrived .Unfortunately it did take 2hrs until midnight when I had an early flight , until it was sorted and then I was advised to use the shared toilet when I had booked ensuite . All staff were very apologetic and I was offered a refund immediately of which I am waiting for. Apart from this the room was perfect with cooking facilities and great location. Alot of noise from the bars below but stopped at midnight and it was then very quiet .

Para estar en pleno centro, la estancia está bastante bien, a mejorar algunos puntos como el mobiliario y modernizar un poco el baño, así como más prestaciones y un poco de mejora en la limpieza.

The location was good but anything else was terrible. There is no information about that you have to share the bathroom with others. It is a kind of sharing apartment with your own room. But there is no information about it in the description. The AC is there but the wire is too short to plug in.

Excellent location and value

Excellent location for the sights and restaurants. Luis, who checked me in, was superb and let me drop my case off early. Very polite and informative. I would stay here again.

Mycket enkelt boende men rent och fräscht. Fungerar för en övernattning men inte mer. Väldigt centralt läge men ändå tyst och lugnt. Lite krånglig incheckning eftersom personen som skulle ge oss nycklar inte dök upp på avtalad tid.

Lo unico dificil es que no hay flexibilidad para el check inn, hay que acordar una hora exacta para encontrar al encargado e ingresar, no hay recepción, es como un departamento mas que un hotel

Please don't book this place, if you can't bear the cold. I booked this place in middle of cold winter and the guy was in charge was saying, we don't provide heater. I was shivering all night put two quilt and got running nose. At least the staff can charge 5 Euro or more to provide heater. I thought Expedia has some standard and I am disappointed to book this place by Expedia.

Good location close to old town and low cost but.... I had a deluxe room with bathroom. Part of the sliding shower door was missing, replaced by a curtain. Consequently the floor was soaked every time it was used. The WC was badly positioned next to the shower so you banged your knees on the shower. The WC was not fixed to the floor and moved! The bed squeaked terribly. The shared kitchen was ok but needed more cups and some wine glasses. There was no corkscrew but I bought one and left it. Would I book again, probably not.

Terrible room and comfort

Room not as showed in pictures. Terrible bed, toilet not mounted to the floor and moves, cleaning in the shower cabinet was really bad. Overall not a comfortable room or stay. You could hear everything in the rooms around you. It says 2 star hotel, But this is more of a hostel, where you Can choose private toilet in your room. It shouldnt have more than 1 star. Good location and average service.

The room itself was great for what we paid. Modern, not all pictures were accurate (no headboard as seen in pic) Bathroom was small but again for what we paid no complaints. The host met us and explained we had no heating (which wasn’t bothered about) but does say the room comes with it Got back to the hotel at 10pm after a day of travelling to no water in the room. Messaged the host which then told us it would be fixed in a few hours. No communication first to let us know, I had to ask Wasn’t fixed the day after so we were left with no water at all through our visit The host didn’t respond in the morning The location is perfect and the views of the cathedral are amazing for the price of the room. The property is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. However, one major downside was the lack of heating. It was extremely cold during my stay, which made it quite uncomfortable. If you're visiting in colder months, be prepared for this issue.
