Apartment fine but ....
We spent a week in Malaga in early March and the apartment is in a very convenient location and we were able to walk everywhere in the city and down to the port. Alvaro met us arranged and gave us all the information we needed. The facilities were good but basic. The bed was comfortable, shower good, there were proper facilities for cooking a meal and everywhere was very clean. No wine glasses! We bought some for the apartment so there are some now!
However, the problem was the terrible smell in the hallway and stairs. I think it was drains, but it was appalling. Once we were in the apartment it was okay and I bought some air fresheners to be sure.
The other downside, was that the apartment overlooks an enclosed area of balconies belonging to other apartments which were obviously not well maintained and some of them were littered with cigarette butts.
All in all. the apartment itself was fine as a base in the city but the building left a lot to be desired.
