Situated in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place for those who wish to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

Accommodation, Layout, and Amenities

With an area of 75 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this property is very special, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.

The living room is connected to a fully-equipped kitchen in shades of white, whose fusion with the lounge has been meticulously crafted. It features a beautiful sofa that easily converts into a bed for two adults and a charming indoor terrace with a vertical garden, ideal for a family breakfast. It also has two spacious bedrooms decorated with meticulous care, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation.

The master bedroom has queen-size beds (190x150 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds joined together in the same room. Finally, the property has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

Located in a completely renovated building, it is next to one of the most traditional places in the city, the popular Calderería street, a few meters from the Cathedral, and a short walk from Marqués de Larios street, the heart of the historic center of the city. The studio's location is part of one of the most well-known areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses, restaurants, tapas bars, and museums that line the adjacent pedestrian streets and that you can explore to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.

godt beliggende lejlighed

Fin lille lejlighed, men med meget larm om natten i det soveværelse ud mod gaden. Jeg fik en velkomstbesked fra ham jeg tror ejer lejligheden, og derefter svarede han aldrig tilbage på min (høflige) henvendelser. Vi tog lejligheden pga gode billige p-forhold som var lovet i annoncen, det holdt desværre ikke. Dejlig by og dejligt område.
