Great Place to Stay
Hotel is a bright spot. Friendly service, good airport shuttle to and from, excellent breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet was outstanding with chef who caters to your requests.

Unbeleivably terrible on every level possible.
Very unprofessional
Not clean
Didn’t come pick me up from airport even after emailing them
Stayed for 2 nights and paid for 3. Wouldnt issue me a refund as i couldn’t stay longer in such hotel.
Moved to another hotel.

Property is located close to airport with beautiful gardens and rooms are good, reception staff Luximila is horrible, she keep on changing card machine, which one is working she doesn’t know, she is rude, in bar Michael is horrible and always he is in YouTube and what’s app and on phone, not prifessional

Piscina de 25m perfeita para natação
Pra mim, a piscina de 25m é o que há de melhor! Posso manter minha rotina de exercício enquanto estou em viagem. Café da manhã ótimo, funcionários muito prestativos e amáveis. Usei o serviço de pick up do aeroporto e tbm foi ótimo. Ampla variedade de cafés e chás disponíveis no quarto. Única coisa a reclamar é o travesseiro que tinha cheiro de mofo. De resto, tudo perfeito.

Incompetent, lazy service personified by manager
Such a tiring experience of lazy incompetent service.
We extended our stay in Malabo to 5 days and were going to stay the full time in Bisila but ended up checking out early because of the lack of quality, the laziness and rude behaviour of the staff, championed by Trinidad. Her disregard for clients and lack of responsiveness compared with her vigor and energy invested in providing excuses and blaming the customer for everything that was wrong was a wonder to behold.
Some structural nuisances also … air conditioning mediocre, toiletries scant and scarce, keys never work more than once, beds cushionless, damp pervading everywhere, for the price it’s poor and dated.
The only saving grace is the kitchen staff who are cheery and willing to satisfy customers despite some mediocre buffet fare.
