I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the food was excellent. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the Haram. The only downside was that the elevators took quite long at times. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

The room was clean its just that they they take hours when you request for anything whether its more tissue or for the porter to come up to collect bags. Other than that its great it is quite far from the haram but not too far around 15mins via their bus.

TV was not functioning Tea cattle was not good Asked for water,was not responded. But 1 Bangladeshi gentleman did supply water when he was working other rooms, Jasim and Zia were very helpful as well, this place was very beautiful, may be I was here in a busy time of the year. Definitely if you come west come for the best world class breakfast!
