"Lovely home"

"The property was very well located and convenient to many restaurants. Lovely back yard."

"Hosts were very responsive. Everything is as pictured."

"Tammie is an amazing host! Super comfy and cute tiny home! Definitely booking again!"

"Nice little space a short drive from restaurants and stores. Neighborhood felt safe, which is always helpful for those midnight pup potty walks. AC worked well. For immunocompromised and other folks who rent VRBOs for air control, note that this is essentially the in-law suite of a house. There is shared air. While it has its own AC unit and thermostat, there are vents for central air, a blocked doorway to the other unit, and a door to the shared laundry that has a gap under it."

"Great location in College Park neighborhood. Easy walk to shops and restaurants"

"Great place to stay. We plan on staying again."

"This is a great location for those traveling with families. It was close enough to the main Orlando attractions and great room for 7 people. Very clean and host is amazing at communicating."

"A phenomenal stay!"

"This place is beautiful and well located. Ideal for a solo trip or a close couple. A good place to connect quietly even if it's to yourself. Seeing all the birds on the pond every morning is great. And it's a really good amount of outdoor space!"

"We had a great stay and communication with Andy was great!! "

"For the cost and location and for what we were doing, this property worked out well for us. We mainly slept showered and had breakfast in the morning and was gone for most of the day."
