「We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!」

「Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.」

「Location was perfect. Overnight in route from Florida to the mountains in NC」

Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price.」

「I had a comfortable stay in the hearing-impaired room. I'm really thankful to you.」

I checked in around 8 PM and I realized after I checked in that the young lady at the front desk didn’t give me any information about Wi-Fi, breakfast hours etc just directed me to where the elevator was. Otherwise, the room was clean. I really didn’t encounter too many staff other than at the breakfast; the guy was really nice greeted people as they came and kept the area clean and stocked. Parking was plentiful. It’s a nice...
