「予約し、カード決済し500mくらい歩いてよやくたどり着いたら予約がいっぱいだから無理だと言われました。 隣のホテルに回され、そちらの対応は良かったのですがなぜこのようなことが起こるのでしょうか？ カード情報まで入力しました。」
