Sink was completely clogged. Never repaired while I was there. The next morning everyone had to park outside the property. Even being disabled changed nothing. Wasn’t offered any credit or discounts, even though everyone should have been offered at least an apology. We let them know we were bringing our dog and baby and they had the dog bed with dog treats and bandana ready in our room. Our dog was treated like a princess :) . Room was clean and balcony with the city view was beautiful too! Defff recommend, worth your money! The hotel does provide ear plugs but they don’t help much and the constant barking kept us up all night. The drinks are overpriced at $12 for a well drink. They give you vouchers for 2 drinks but it is limited to beer and house wine. If you want to stay on a 100 year old riverboat this is the place to do it but I wouldn’t recommend multiple nights.
