This was my third time staying at this property. I love the access to the beach and the view from the pool.
However, there were many disappointments. I booked two two-bedroom suites at the same rate and requested in advance that the rooms be next to each other. Upon arrival, the rooms were not equitable in size and were not on the same floors. I brought this up upon checkin and because the resort was full, there were no other options but the separate rooms. Additionally, the shower in one of the bathrooms would fill up with water that would stay until the water was almost overflowing and then would unexpectedly drain. The power went out on multiple occasions and on the last day, the toilet water took on a brown tinge. When the power would go off overnight, the aircon would shut off and would not automatically restart when the power came back on. Thus, we woke up to uncomfortably warm rooms. The maid service did not completely clean the bedrooms/bathrooms and did not replace the same amount of towels. The room service and food at the beachside restaurant was luke warm, and sub-par at best. The service of the restaurant staff was slow and discourteous. The waterpark refuses to allow in towels, and then charges you to rent them inside, which is an inconsiderate way to make money. The waterpark cafe, and the beachside restaurant often would run out of items on a daily basis (beef buger patties, french fries, steak, etc.). I will not be staying at this property again.
