Terrible hotel expedia messed up location booked us for phuket when we are in koh samui called hotel 2 minutes after the error expedia had no luck so i called got hung up on played games with then just took our 140usd wont support such a thing just taking advantage of people and deserves a minus star

This place is perfect for families with kids. The entire resort is designed for kids water entertainments. So of you are like me and my wife traveling for fun with no kids, this place would not be your ideal location. The resort is huge with hundreds of customers and hundreds of kids! During the morning breakfast the restaurant is like a zoo with very limited items and big lines.

Everything is good esp.love that it is walking distance to Mai Khao Beach where one may spot landing aircrafts every few minutes throughout the day. Inside the unit, cannot hear the zooming of aircrafts. So no worry about the noise.

Totally loved this place. It's a massive and well-maintained property, perfect for a vacation with kids. The breakfast buffet, the big rooms, the water park, and the beach are all great.

lovely location , great water park
Lovely hotel resort . Love you can use the splash park for free. The resort is nicely spread out and the beach is beautiful . staff friendly . Reception staff supper helpful . would stay again. Continent to the airport 600 bhot in a taxi.

It was so peaceful to stay in Mai Khao. My family all enjoyed there. And their staff, especially buggy guys were always nice to us. It was easy to go around, and they have lots of service except their live music at dinning area.

Didn’t like the area much , didn’t like there wasn’t any bikes for hire, didn’t like half restaurant where not open all day . Didn’t like how we couldn’t get into our room after having it cleaned , we arrive back at our room after a huge afternoon on a bus to find we were locked out of our room, then walked back to repcption to be told it was working , It’s wasn’t so we waited for help it came they fixed .

This was my third time staying at this property. I love the access to the beach and the view from the pool. However, there were many disappointments. I booked two two-bedroom suites at the same rate and requested in advance that the rooms be next to each other. Upon arrival, the rooms were not equitable in size and were not on the same floors. I brought this up upon checkin and because the resort was full, there were no other options but the separate rooms. Additionally, the shower in one of the bathrooms would fill up with water that would stay until the water was almost overflowing and then would unexpectedly drain. The power went out on multiple occasions and on the last day, the toilet water took on a brown tinge. When the power would go off overnight, the aircon would shut off and would not automatically restart when the power came back on. Thus, we woke up to uncomfortably warm rooms. The maid service did not completely clean the bedrooms/bathrooms and did not replace the same amount of towels. The room service and food at the beachside restaurant was luke warm, and sub-par at best. The service of the restaurant staff was slow and discourteous. The waterpark refuses to allow in towels, and then charges you to rent them inside, which is an inconsiderate way to make money. The waterpark cafe, and the beachside restaurant often would run out of items on a daily basis (beef buger patties, french fries, steak, etc.). I will not be staying at this property again.

The room was great… The only thing lacking was the food selection… Their Saturday night international cuisine dinner that they advertise was poor… I got there at 6 o’clock when it opened and the food was already cold when it should’ve been served, warm to hot… And the selection was very limited. breakfast was OK… Except for the coffee which was very very dark

Awesome place for families as the splash water park was a hit for my little family of 3. The food in the resort and water park was outstanding especially the buffet breakfast in the resort the options of food caters for everyone. The staff in both resort and splash park were all so very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean and comfortable.

Exterior a bit outdated but the 2bedroom with balcony was very spacious and modern. Kids had fun on the splash park and the beach pool was nice but had a lot of broken tiles. Could have had a games room with pool table. Pretty isolated area but 7–Eleven close by and plenty of other dining options nearby.

The staff is extremely rude. I requested a taxi to go to the airport several times from the staff. The manager was rude enough to tell me that there is no Taxi that accept card or they do a meter. Instead she got me a private taxi that charges 500bht just 5 min away. Just you know that any driver from the airport to old town Phuket which is over 30 min charges with meter 550bht without a meter 650 baht. The driver told me that the receptionist gets 50bhat if she calls their company as a commission. When I requested to speak to the manager she said I am the manager of the whole property which I doubt as she doesn’t know anything about customer service. Very terrible experience I had with this hotel from the staff.
