Huge appreciation for Neelam Thakur from room service outstanding service and the best tea I’ve had in Gujarat. She personally made it for me. "Complete hotel was unhygienic so we didn't checked in and when asked for refund they denied and said you will have to check with Expedia directly. When I called Expedia customer care the executive denied for refund and said that the hotel owner is not allowing for refund. I want my refund back asap."
