「good property well kept resturant is good too」

「Had great experience at the hotel. You should consider this hotel if visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is the best attraction of the city.」

「Absolutely stunning views to begin with. The property is kept in pristine condition. The services are exceptional. Our check in was flawless, a tad slow because I was missing my visa picture bearing a US Passport. It wasn't a fault on their end actually. The breakfast was amazing with variety of preparations in both Indian and continental facets. The head chef, was particularly watchful. The checkout was fast and it was heartbreaking to leave this property after one night stay. I'm definitely...

「Budget friendly accommodation. Children (2 nos.) bunk bed was quite temporary and unsafe in the particular room provided. Lower charges room (hut type) were somewhat better than family room having higher charges with unsafe bunk bed.」

「Excellent place to stay. Staff was very courteous, welcoming every step of the way. Food was excellent!」

「This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had...

「I am not satisfied with hospitality staff. Rooms were unclean unhygenic and a lot of disturbance from outside place. At the time of booking room is differnt and which is allocated both are different」

「All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. 」

「This hotel has the potential to be excellent as it is in a very good location being near Library Chowk but is set at the end of a side street meaning it is very quiet. The view from the rooms with balconies is also outstanding. However, I'm not sure that this hotel is very well run. They weren't expecting my booking through Expedia but did eventually find it. The room I was given was filthy. I'm not even sure that the bed sheets had been changed from the previous occupant. The floor was dirty,...

「Rooms are old and not clean. This should be listed as 2 star not a 4 star hotel. 」

「We had a great experience at Fortune Resort Grace. The staff were excellent, the rooms had beautiful views of the valley and the location was near the market. Highly recommend.」

「Experienced was worst than ever I have used Expedia so many times and this was my worst experience I ever had even on Expedia account it says parking available but when we reached there nothing is available and even property manager says he is not responsible for Expedia for anything even at the moment at busy asked me to cancel the reservation so I am just going apply for refund. But will never ever recommend someone to stay here even it’s not about parking even the locks on doors even in the...
