"What makes the hotel worth staying are the staff! Always ready to assist, make your stay comfortable, always cordial and friendly. Will stay here again. Rates are reasonable. Only issue I had was the worn out rug. Restaurant food is excellent! Staff is PRICELESS!"

The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

I included the breakfast in package, but they are ready to give me one paratha worth rs 90.00 only in name of breakfast. very very unethical approach and talking. very very very disappointment listening so much after payment Rs 2800/- "
