「Great location. Spacious unit and well appointed. BUT on a very warm and humid weekend, the air-conditioner was broken and offered no relief. We were given a pedestal fan (no ceiling fans in the unit) which offered only mild relief. Management suggested many other properties did not use a/c (though lots of a/c were heard) and to open up the windows and doors which were all unscreened. 「The self contained unit was well present and very clean. Set with all the necessities to make our stay easy and relaxing. Communication with manager Monica was clear and direct. She was knowledgeable about the island and happy to share. The accommodation is on a bus route and close to the local shops. The pool was a particular treat. Surrounded with lush greenery, shady for almost the whole day and temperature was pleasantly cool. Absolutely would recommend!」

「Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. 「ホテルは、フェリー乗り場からバスで10分、目の前にあり便利な場所。バス停が近くだからどこへ行くのも便利。ビーチも裏手のすごそこにある。スタッフのおばちゃんはすごく親切で、こちらが英語で通じてないと察すると、部屋までの引率、簡単な英語でパンフレットを示しながら観光アドバイスやオプショナルツアーの参加も電話予約してくれました。レストランやバーも敷地内にあリ部屋への持ち帰りもできて便利。気になったのは部屋にアリがチョロチョロしていて、うっとおしかった。おそらくこれは、土地柄どこでも同じかも。」

「We stayed in the family cabin with our 4 children. We all enjoyed our stay. The room had its own toilet and shower, a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Though the bed had sheets and pillows, there was no blankets so we were a little cold during the night. The lounge area was popular with the kids, they loved the beanbags and hammocks.
