"Reception staff had excellent accommodating attitudes and were very friendly. The location is excellent for NQ Cowboys supporters who are attending home games at Qld Country Bank Stadium as well as right next door to the Cowboys Club. This is going to be my regular hotel to stay when attending Cowboys home games."

No noise through walls from other guests occupying the facility, unlike the Sugarshaker. Good parking, though no guarantee of a space. Lady at check-in was very nice. Happily stay again."

"If your looking for a quiet stay in Townsville, this isn't the place for you. Rooms right beside a bar that doesn't close till 10pm, then when that stops you have the night clubs next door that go till the early hours of the morning. Had to ask staff to get room amenities like tea, milk etc re-stocked"
