「Great house with great communication 」

「The room was functional and clean - the hotel itself is a bit out on a limb near the port which was great for visiting magnetic island - if you don’t want to eat in the hotel then it’s a long walk to anywhere nearby - it’s pretty rundown nearby!」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful location and stunning furnishings. The rooms were very comfortable. We were unfortunately disappointed with the facilities. We had to ask for a replacement BBQ as the electric one outside was terrible, we ruined some of our food trying to cook with it. No non-stick frying pans available, no spray & wipe or baking paper / foil supplied. Cooking our meals was a struggle overall. Multiple light fixtures need replacing, the outdoor TV is...

「The accommodation was luxurious, and stunning. The only negative feedback was the tiles around the pool area are extremely dangerous when wet, we did have a guest slip and hurt her knee and the water views in the advertisement does not match the views at the accommodation for this particular property. How ever we will definitely be back to stay again as it is beautiful.」

「Hot water doesn’t come in the morning, to get shower.」

「Close to any restaurant ,but the room itself is old and some odour.its moldy and the carpet is really dirty.but the view was spectacular.theres no reception after 7pm so you gotta call those number appear outside to get the access code and to get keys inside the mailbox.」
