Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location.

Although it was a struggle to find our room, due to the way the hotel has utilised its space, our room and overall stay was fantastic. Clean, great sized room, windows that open, which kept us cool and a small seating area to relax in all made it a lovely stay. It's great for Kensington, Notting hill, Hyde park and the bus and tubes. Local shops and eating places are just around the corner, and a multiplex its ideal. Its also of the main road and quiet. I can't wait to book again, despite the weaving stairs and corridors which were great fun. Overall loved our stay.

Very comfortable bed. Considering how cheap the rooms are for the area, I was very happy with the comfort of the room/ bed. Friendly staff as well. Thwre was lack of amenities, like a restaurant and bar, but if you're just looking for a comfortable bed for the night, its great. If you're hungry, you can get food delivered.
