「So I’m leaving this review here because it’s what we booked, but we actually ended up staying at the property next door (the Flat) because after booking we asked Lisa if she was able to accommodate us one night early. There was someone staying in the Tiny Home that night so she let us know that the property next door, The Flat, was available both nights and we could stay there instead. We were happy to accept and thankful she was able to make the adjustment for us to come in one night earlier....

「I would call it one of Cosby’s little known treasures. Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. My sister and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely have to come back again and I would highly recommend it to others! 」

「Wonderful family Christmas experience! The Host communicated well and provided all the information we needed to enhance our experience. The home was as advertised… decorated for Christmas in every inch of space. The space was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect weekend to go with all the festivities in Dillsboro. The location would be great any time of the year. We will rebook in the future. 」
