"Stayed 14 days, 3 days before checking out we found out there is manager on the property, Monica. Wish we had known that sooner. Check in was horrible, little to no communication. First night we had to rent a hotel because location was not clear, taxi could never locate. Kevin never responded. Water pressure was low, shower backed up, towels and sheets were never changed. We finally found Monica on sight and she was able to bring us toilet tissue, paper towels, clean towels and trash bags. ...

"The room 3 is a good size, with a comfortable queen bed and a window (I noticed other rooms without a window). There’s drinking water in the lobby with a seating area and a mini fridge (our food was taken with no notice though, so maybe label it?) The bathroom is not fully closed off and private; the top part of the door frame is open to the bedroom, if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Shower is not separated so the whole bathroom gets full of water when showering. But showers do get very hot...
