「Very bad experience for a couple due to all kids and families. We left a day earlier」

「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. 「awesome architecture and character」

「Endroit exceptionnel rien à dire」

「Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. 「Gorgeous honeymoon getaway」

「The staff help a lot but old rooms elevator is not good」

「So so. 」

「Good food. Great Hotel 」

「景色が素晴らしい。スタッフも皆親切で快適に過ごすことができた。すぐ近くに店などがないのが残念。 Great view and very friendly staffs, especially Mr.NAEL and a lady of front's clerk when I checked in(I couldn'ask her name...). Thank you for an amazing stay.」

「部屋は古く、ポットやカップはない。ただ泊まるのみ。がっかりでした。ガリラヤ湖の眺めはかなり近くにみうたえ、最高でした。」

「Very poor lighting...TV very difficult to use. Had to take elevator up 1 floor to get to check in」

「Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!」
