Really bad front office staff. Did not want to give me early check in despite three nights of confirmed booking despite i being tired from the night flight. Asked money and bargained and finally allowed the early check in on hefty payment when earlier they said if the room is available they will give early check-in at no cost. Terrible guest management by the front office. Avoid the hotel.

I stayed for three nights with two kids. The staff are next-level humble and accommodating. A level of hospitality that is unmatched. I highly recommend Novotel Sahafa to any family.
The reception was incredibly accommodating when I forgot my passport at the airport and it is hugely appreciated. Thank you all very much for the wonderful hospitality and your generosity

"The stay was horrible, so much noise came from the stuff in the reception specially around midnight, i asked for water and they sent it 1 hr later Horrible stay Not recommended at all"
