"We had a wonderful stay at Shokaen. The property was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was prepared, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time there from the moment we arrived.The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and it was a perfect place for our family to stay. The location was also convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely love to stay here...

"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. They required pre-check in registration but I kept on having issue uploading our passport which is a bit annoying, until the day before check in I finally made it. Overall it...

"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。 リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。 一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。 何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。 また利用したいです。"

"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"広くて内装もお洒落。大人数で泊まるには快適。周辺はローカル下町な雰囲気、海は見えませんが那覇の中心地に近く便利。両親と記念旅行に利用しましたが、大満足していました。"
