"Beautiful property situated in stunning countryside. The cleanliness aspect was difficult for them as we were in thatched palm buildings. The check-in was not good as they could not find our booking to start with. Mostly apart from at breakfast and supper there were no staff around at all. White water rafting trip was excellent."

"the hotel has a very beautiful view ! but hot tub didn’t have hot water, place was dirty in my opinion like shower had rust and wasn’t the cleanest. There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly. this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light "

"If you stay here please have an open-mind and realize this IS in a jungle BUT, you will be treated very well! The hotel is "off the beaten path". You enter from a dirt road and it's not clearly marked where to go. Checkin was easy and quick. We were met by the staff who we assumed were all family.
