"At Malee's great bungalow for any true nature lovers. Great sun deck area for mediation or yoga I was surrounded by beautiful mountain views , fresh clean air and hearing the wonderful sounds of animals and creatures in their natural habitat. My bungalow was just perfect. I wouldn't change anything as it has it own unique style. Loved my stay there. "
"The Roundhouses are super beautiful in a calm area close to the chiang dao cave. It is recommendable to rent a bike, motorbike or car to get around the area but this is easy in the small 'village' nearby. The kind host (susie) is so helpul with everything that your stay will be great for sure. Very recommendable if you search for some calm days and nature. The breakfast was amazing. "
"I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. One of the room we book doesn't even have windows (it's only small air vent inside the room, not really what you can call windows.) "Beautiful resort. The pool was surprisingly cold so we didn’t swim. Beautiful environment and sunset. Also a great cafe and restaurant on site. Only negative thing was we had NO hot water. I was looking forward to a hot shower that night and was disappointed. "
"This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. There was no one at the bar at any time, and no menus for the “restaurant.” Bugs were pretty bad as well.
There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and ceiling of bathroom was patchy/see through in parts.
There is nothing at all to do in the area, closest things are over 40 minutes away. The shuttles they offer are upcharged at random with no explanation, but it is the only option for transportation once you are there if you did not drive yourself there. "
