Comfort and location in boutique albergue.

A wonderful ‘albergue, / boutique hotel. Good service and communication. Be aware of the fact there in not really a reception - so timing arrival is important.

Pésimo lugar

Pésimo el servicio de check in, no hay claridad en las indicaciones. No enviaron el link y estuve media hora fuera consiguiendo la forma de comunicarme. El ascensor no servía, tuvimos que subir tres pesadas maletas por escaleras. Cabellos humanos en las camas. Todo mal y lo peor, más de 250 dólares la noche por un hostal que no cuesta ni 50 dólares. Un robo.

Pésima experiencia!! El hotel no tiene recepción, el ascensor no funciona, me toco subir por escaleras con mis maletas hasta encontrarme una señora que trabaja en el aseo. Esta señora también bastante grosera, me dijo que tenia que comunicarme a un numero para tramitar mi check in! En ese numero no contestaron, me toco salir a la calle a buscar otro hotel donde quedarme. Es una vergüenza de hotel, no se lo recomiendo a nadie!

Whether was 36C and no air conditioner in the room. Roasting and unable to sleep. Was like trying to sleep in sauna. However, nice location, close to Centro and 1 min walk to Bilbao metro station. Supermarkets, banks and restaurants on same street or street parallel.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. Great stay. It is necessary to do the online checkin before arrival, to get access codes. There is no reception. Once got email, everything fine.

Buen relación calidad precio. El check in es rápido y cómodo si se siguen las instrucciones que envía la pensión antes de llegar. Lo único negativo es que se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones. Volvería sin duda, pero si se tiene sueño ligero mejor llevar tapones para los oídos.

Para 1 noche con maleta de cabina

Después de un viaje de 27horas al llegar al hotel me encuentro que con mis 68 años tengo que cargar con mi maleta de 20 kg hasta el primer piso por las escaleras. Lo que más rabia me dio es que habiendo ascensor, este no es para el servicio de los clientes sino para el personal. No hay nadie para dar ningún servicio así que no puedo calificarlo. Mi maleta ha dormido conmigo en la cama porque no tengo sitio donde ponerla. Siendo habitación doble, no se como se pueden meter maletas para 2 personas. No tiene aire acondicionado si no un ventilador en el techo sobre la cama. La habitacion es pequeña pero está muy bien cuidada.

Awful check in process

The check in process was awful. On arrival there was only the cleaner who spoke no English and was very rude when I spoke only a little Spanish. She left giving my a card to What’s Ap someone who didn’t answer the message for a long time leaving me sitting in the hall. Eventually they answered and I to complete an on line check in Spanish. The whole process took nearly 90 minutes. The room was small but adequate for one though it was a double. Good location for my needs
