This property was perfect for our short stay in Madrid! It's located in a gorgeous part of the city, just off from streets lined with bars, cafe's and restaurants of such great quality! On mornings where we just wanted easy breakfasts before a day of exploring we were spoiled for choice. Also, it's such a convenient location to hop on the metro and get to the city centre with ease! Ubers and cabs are relatively affordable but we found we had such a good experience with the public transport. The property itself was well maintained when we arrived, the host generously providing some treats and wine, a lovely welcome present! It was fully equipped which made the option to stay in a cook for ourselves possible if we liked! Genuinely, we cannot find fault here and will definitely be rebooking when we return to Madrid!

Appartement propre mais équipement strictement minimum dans la cuisine. 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes alor qu' on paie aussi à la personne. Chambre et salle de bain en sous sol . Aucune vue nulle part. Petite TV ridicule au dessus d'une porte. Propriétaire rentabilise au maximum. Mais du vin et du lait....

Pasamos 3 noches excelentes. El departamento es. Muy bonito, sencillo y funcional para una familia de 5. Funciona todo perfecto. La ubicación nos resultó muy buena. Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Madrid per una sola notte, durante il mio passaggio in città per il FITUR. L’esperienza complessiva è stata piacevole, in linea con gli standard di Expedia. L’organizzazione è risultata impeccabile: dalla prenotazione alla ricezione delle informazioni relative al check-in e al check-out, tutto è stato chiaro, puntuale e ben gestito. L’host si è dimostrato sempre presente e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a ogni necessità. L’appartamento è ordinato e rispecchia fedelmente quanto descritto.

Here is the review in English: The accommodation has an excellent location, and we could reach everything easily. Communication with Ivan was outstanding – he was always available and gave us great recommendations. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. The host is very quick to communicate and accommodate, and did everything possible to make us feel at home. Even surprised us with a little welcome basket! Would highly recommend staying here. It is in the city and therefore can hear some city noice, but nothing that keeps you from sleeping peacefully! Would stay again for sure :)

Our stay here was great. Ivan was an excellent host and a great communicator. He allowed us to check in a bit early when our flight was super early. We liked the location as it was more in a residential area. Easy to check in.
