Staff service was terrible, never reply to my message. No check in instruction. The hotel is at the third floor, but we didn’t know since no instructions were sent by the property, even after I text them to ask for it. All doors were closed when we arrived. We were extremely confused when standing in front. If there was not a couple who live there need to get in and we followed them and get into the first door, we probably would have stood in front of a locked door more and kept being frustrated. After we got into third floor, there was another locked door. Pressed door bell couple times, a guy opened the door for us. The first thing he did was trying to explain us that we should open ring door bell once and not twice. Can’t describe how disappointed we were once we opened the door of our room. So small, so old, everywhere is broken, no bottled water, no shampoo or body wash. Room is just in front of a busy street, very noisy the whole night. Worst experience ever. Definitely doesn’t worth the money. Can’t imagine this one is the most expensive booking during our whole trip. The only good thing for this hotel is its location. Very close to plaza de sol.

El baño-bañera era muy pequeño. No es un Hotel si no una pensión. Las paredes son tan finas que a las 5 de la mañana el vecino de la habitación del lado se estaba duchando y nos despertó el ruido. Para el precio que vale es caro y no tiene las facilidades de un hotel.

Hola..después de confirmarse la reserva. Cuándo llegamos al hostal con las maletas y la pequeña sobre las 20h30 nos dicen que se ha cancelado!!!!!sin avisarnos ni nada..nos han mandando a otro hostal al lado que no tiene nada que ver con la reserva. El lugar de una habitación de 3 personas nos han dado una de dos!!!y mas cara que la de reserva. Pues muy mal y nunca más vuelvo por ahí. Lo siento. Un saludo
