Worst stay. Delayed check-in
Was the worst stay of the trip!
They did not send the check-in instructions although we made sure to inform them about our arrival time, we even made sure that expedia/hotels.com agent call them to confirm the time. They promised to reply but they didn't.
When we arrived we had to stay almost 2 hours waiting, we had to use our international phone to call and had to pay for a roaming call to get the instructions as their whatsapp chat didn't recognise the reservation number.
We asked for a late check-out which is the least they could do to compensate the wasted time but they refused!!
We didn't have the chance to rest well.
The area is not very good and we had to pay for parking.
