We had noise in the room due to construction the hotel had to do and the help and care of the staff to move us to another room and make us feel good after this unpleasant event was unmatched . What a wonderful stay! This charming boutique hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid. Excellent efficient check in despite having to deal with a group of 17. The staff are excellent and couldn’t be more helpful from the reception, to the breakfast area and house keeping. Nothing was too much trouble. Laura was so helpful, answering our questions and helping plan our outings. The location is perfect, near the metro and walking distance to bars, coffee shops, restaurants and the centre. There was also complimentary water available to fill up our water bottles.

Great property on a really lovely part of the city. Near metro station and could be easily walk to tourist parts if you don’t mind walking around 15-20 minutes. Staff were professional and assisted with requests and queries. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Loved the complimentary water, drinks and treats in the room around the hotel. A beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

I cannot say enough about this awesome hotel! Clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast and AMAZING STAFF!! From the moment we walked in the door each and every one of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The prices are excellent and this is now our goto place in Madrid!
