  • Summary:

    Beautiful penthouse in 11 emblematic building of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Awesome views of the Royal Palace from all the rooms.



    The Space:

    The apartment has 120 square meters and have been refurbished. Located in the Gran Via of Madrid, is situated in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of España. The apartment has a great terrace with unique views of the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Theater. So central that you can reach on foot to all sights of the city. Awesome views of the Royal Palace from all the rooms.



    Guest Access:

    The building has three lifts and a doorman the weekdays.

    The apartment has three bedrooms, two with two individual beds and the other one with a queen size bed(150cm). All rooms come with wardrobe, airconditioner and TV.

    There are also two bathrooms with shower but without a toilet, and aside there is a toilet room.

    We provide our guests with amenities.

    The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffie machine, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.

    In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Royal Palace.

    All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 200 Mb.

    We will provide you with sheets and towels for your stay

    Gran Via is the center of Madrid. Besides having an impressive architecture full of history, it is close to all tourist and shopping attractions.



    Getting Around:

    It is a few meters with different underground and bus stops.

Beautiful apartment and welcoming landlord!

We really enjoyed our stay. This 11th floor penthouse has beautiful views especially from the living room and the master bedroom, overlooking Madrid. Very sunny!Alfonso met us on arrival and showed us the place. He made our stay in Madrid very enjoyable!!

Excellent location

We had a great stay in this perfectly located and generously sized apartment. The fantastic view of the palace and easy access into central Madrid made this a great place for our family visit to this vibrant city. Our thanks to Alfonso for the opportunity to call this home for a few days.

Prachtig appartement met groot terras dat een fantastisch uitzicht geeft op het koninklijk paleis. Een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Madrid te voet te verkennen. Metro en bushaltes zijn om de hoek. Het appartement heeft zeer ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden/matrassen en mooi onderhouden, moderne badkamers. Heel goed onthaal door de eigenaar die ons tevens heel wat tips gaf over de bezienswaardigheden en horeca in de buurt. Zou niet twijfelen om opnieuw te boeken bij een volgend bezoek aan Madrid!

FANTASTIC place

This was my family's first trip to Madrid and didn't know much about where to stay. The location of this unit is fantastic. It's an easy short walk to the old town, Mercado San Miguel, and the Royal Palace. It's also walkable to Retiro. The view from the patio is incredible and pictures certainly don't do this newly renovated unit justice. Alfonso, the owner, is a fantastic host who was very helpful along the way. I would 100% stay here again.
