a really great experience

the host was really nice and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. the location of the hostel is really convenient, you can reach the majority of “madrid’s must-to-see” within maximum 30 min of walking, but it is also really well connected with public transportation. i really recommend it!

Would recommend!

Amazing stay! They were able to accommodate us with an early check in as we had all of our luggage with us. Noise from the street as the other reviews had mentioned but nothing that ear plugs couldn’t fix - also for the location the noise is well worth it. Incredibly close to everything including a main train station. Beds were very comfy. Only thing to note was there was no remote for the air conditioning, we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on and it got quite warm in the room overnight with the windows shut

Perfect location, clean and very friendly staff

Great place! The bathroom is shared but never had to wait or even seen anyone in the shower making me wait. The bathroom was super clean and so was the room. The staff was very friendly and was amazing with check in. The location is perfect. Right next to plaza de Sol with pubs just outside the door. The room was on the inside so I had no noise from the street at all. The bed was great and you get towels. The only thing I would advice you is to bring a bottle of water after you been to the bars as there are no glasses.

The room had been booked for three people but only two sets of towels were provided and there were no toiletries provided except hand wash. The towels were not changed in the four nights that we were there and neither were the sheets. They didn’t even come in to make the beds. Only the dustbin had been emptied possibly two or three times during our stay. The TV on the wall was about 16 inches and the TV reception was awful. The only thing in favour of the hotel was the Wi-Fi and the hotel itself was quiet.

El alojamiento es amplio, cómodo y limpio. Muy bien ubicado, eso nos permitió llegar a los lugares que queríamos visitar muy fácilmente, la estación del metro está muy cerca. Puedes llegar caminando a la puerta del Sol y a la Gran Via. Hay muchos lugares para comer y comprar alrededor y aunque sea de noche hay gente caminando o sentada en los bares y restaurantes.

Excelente custo benefício.

Fique muito satisfeito com a hospedagem e gentileza da equipe. Ambiente muito silencioso, quarto limpo e banheiros limpos. Apesar dos banheiros serem compartilhados, o uso é individual, achei isso fantástico porque há privacidade. A localização é maravilhosa, fica basicamente na rua em que você encontra de tudo, sejam bares, restaurantes, loja de conveniência, etc. Não posso esquecer de citar que fica ao lado da Estação de metrô Sol. Amei a localização. Há um micro-ondas e uma jarra elétrica para água fervente, itens que foram essenciais para a preparação de algumas refeições que fiz no local.

La ubicación y el precio es casi inmejorable, en pleno sol por la parte más silenciosa. Lo peor del alojamiento que no es que tenga muchas cosas malas es que se escucha todo, las paredes son de papeles el primero día escuché la conversación telefónica de la habitación de al lado hasta las 1 de la mañana y hasta la gente que tose. En general lo recomendaría para la gente que quieres disfrutar de Madrid y dormir por poco ya que al estar en sol apenas tienes que usar el transporte público

La habitación estaba muy bien y muy limpia tiene salón con televisión, ducha privada y la habitación la situación inmejorable en plena plaza del sol, el personal del hostal muy amable lo recomiendo es buen hostal.
