Welcome to our flat!

The place is perfect for couples, families or friends, as it can accommodate up to 8 people.

It has a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed and TV. It also has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which has all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery.

Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the third bedroom has a double bed, all with bed linen and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

Note: La Latina is a historic neighborhood with narrow streets, so parking can be difficult.

On Sundays, due to the famous El Rastro market, several streets are closed to traffic, so you may need to walk with your luggage.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Centro is a bustling district in the heart of the city. Here you'll find some of Madrid's most famous attractions, including El Retiro Park, Plaza de España, the Royal Palace of Madrid, and the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and shopping opportunities at the trendy Círculo de Bellas Artes and the beautiful Mercado de la Reina. If you're looking for a central location in Madrid, Centro is the place to be.

The apartment is within walking distance of two metro stations, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo, making it convenient for tourists to get around.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
