Detached villa with private pool and barbecue, in a large and quiet urbanization 20 minutes from Madrid.
Pool of 10 x 5 meters with porch and with entrance of steps and progressive depth difference
Garden with swings and large trampoline (4 meters in diameter) and various shaded areas. Barbecue for coal and / or gas. Basketball basket and large portable goal.
It is distributed on the ground floor with garage for 2 cars and ping pong table, goal and basketball basket.
