The apartment has a 65-litre electric water heater, a storage water heating system.



To enjoy optimal use, we recommend making efficient use of water during showering (for example, turning off the tap whilst applying soap or shampoo).



Unlike a continuous hot water system, the water heater stores a specific amount of hot water. Once consumed, you will need to wait for the equipment's recovery time for the water to heat up again and become available once more.



This is the normal operation of any electric storage water heater.



🔐 Alarm system



For your peace of mind during your stay, the apartment has an alarm system designed to protect both the accommodation and your belongings.



We recommend activating the alarm whenever you leave the apartment. Additionally, the system has an operating mode that allows you to keep the property protected whilst you remain inside, if you wish.



Upon arrival you will find the keys and a simple user manual next to the entrance, which explains how to connect and disconnect the system.
