A bit of tired and older hotel, but hey...if you're looking to just rest your head for the night its just fine. AC worked fine, mini fridge was good and location is excellent for your touring of the city. Staff was nice and offered guidance on anything you asked for (travel, luggage storage, etc).

The hotel is in a great location with attractions nearby as well as access to the Metro. Rooms have air conditioning, are clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and staff helpful and friendly. But it is a bit noisy inside. The doors are old fashioned (heavy and with a key) and given the tiled floor, you can hear every time one slams shut (in the night). In the quiet mornings I could hear next door opening the sliding doors to their storage areas.

Quiet, clean and comfortable room right in the heart of things. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was excellent. Metro just steps away. I was happily surprised because the price was reasonable for that location so I assumed it wouldn’t be very nice. But it was.

Great hotel!

Great hotel with very helpful staff, central perfect location and wonderful price. The hotel has everything you need, plus there is always water coffee tea and pastry in the lobby. We would totally recommend it.

Breakfast is ok, nothing special I would say. Not even cold milk for the cereal. This is a simple but clean hotel with good location just off Gran Via. Short distance to most things either by walking, metro or taxi. Very friendly service. We forgot the AirPods in our room (without noticing ) and when we came back to collect our luggage they told us. Great service and much appreciated!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Casón del Tormes. It is in a very central location and close to transport links. We paid in advance for a superior room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was of good quality and had a good range of options including fresh fruit. There was a filtered water machine and a coffee machine (both free) in the lovely hotel lobby. We only stayed 2 nights, but we would have loved to stay for longer.

Room was quite big, especially compared to comparable lodging we stayed in during our trip to Spain. Air conditioning worked great, always cold water, sparkling water and coffee available in lobby. Lobby was cute and good sized. There was a bar on the premises, but it never appeared to be open - I think you had to ask the front desk for service if you wanted bar service. Breakfast was average but reliable. Good coffee! Would absolutely stay here again!
