This design loft in Almagro is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital.

Almagro is part of the central area of Madrid, and is characterized by its gastronomic, cultural and leisure offer.

The loft is divided into two rooms: bedroom and living room-kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed, reading lights, two designer bedside tables and double and multifunctional built-in wardrobes. The living room, with a minimalist Mediterranean design, has a comfortable sofa. In turn, it has a table that can be used as a dining room or to telework, if desired.It also includes an integrated kitchen with a marble countertop, a dishwasher, an American bar, fitted wardrobes and a large window with exceptional views of the Monastery's gardens, providing light to the entire room.

The house is located 3 minutes from the Alonso Martínez metro station (connection to the airport and IFEMA Madrid Fairgrounds in less than 30 minutes).
