"The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels and a decent size of fridge with a small freezer. The lawn down to the Trent River was large and included 2 covered picnic table areas with a propane BBQ available and a very nice pergola for watching the river and/or the sunset. The pool was quite old, but very clean and a pleasant place to swim and lounge. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There are some nice restaurants in Campbellford, which is a very pretty town and we enjoyed ourselves, staying 2 nights. We highly recommend this more-than-a-motel!"
