"We were in Pittburgh for our child's graduation. While the overall physical space is as described and the location was very good, the house was undergoing some renovation and was very sparse in terms of furniture. Moreover, there were many flies in the house, missing pillow case covers, and some spaces required additional cleaning. "

"The place itself is great! They provide many amenities in the house- the bed is very comfortable and everything was clean. Very close to everything!!The check in process is more tedious that I have seen at other VRBOs in terms of providing identification- guests identification- but not a deal breaker.Would definitely stay again!"

"Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service excellence! "

"The check in and check out were fast and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. The location was also very convenient for us with good food and shopping options close by. The only downside was that we could hear some noises from the next room as there was a connecting door. However, this did not bother us."
