「Cozy cute spot」

「Like I said in my other review is a nice place clean lots of yard space and good location the only other thing was the air condition unit that they have in the apartment seem like it wasn't worked properly it would not blow out cold air but the room air only even though I had it on the air condition setting and then everything else I named in my last review」

「Jay is an amazing host. The property was clean, nice and area was good. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. The yard was clean. It was an overall 10 for me」

「Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great.」

「Charged me for the entire stay, didn’t allow me to stay because my ID had expired. I’ma traveling project manager and hadn’t even noticed my license expired a few days before. They took my money, refused to refund it and had a terrible attitude about it. I wouldn’t recommend as they make you send copies of your credit card and ID and then make you use an outside source to verify ID that’s when they refused to let me stay because of an expired license. No refund is all they would consistently...

「NOT a nice hide away. There is a reason there is not a picture of the outside of this house. This is a run down house with 3 different VRBOs in the same house. (In the ghetto)You will get a whole other set of rules and quidelines after you bookParking is only available on a first come first serve, on the street. I was told in the suprise messages that there was a parking garage!」

「This listing is in a great location. It is very clean. The host left water and snacks. The check in process was very easy and went fast. The host had great communication. All the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy. Absolutely no complaints」

「Host was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay again. 」

「My experience was wonderful and I highly recommend the stay in irvington new jersey.」
