Step into a spacious and inviting living area designed for relaxation. Sink into plush seating while enjoying entertainment on the 55` smart TV. A thoughtfully designed entryway with a shoe cabinet provides a welcoming and organized touch.

Dining Room:
Gather around the dining table for six, with two extra seats at the breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Enjoy a collection of board games, perfect for family fun or a cozy night in.

Kitchen:
The heart of the home, this fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Modern appliances include an Instant Pot, blender, hand mixer, and baking sheets. A coffee station offers both a drip coffee maker and a single-serve K-cup option, ensuring the perfect cup every time.

Primary Bedroom (King Suite):
Retreat to a luxurious king-size bed with premium linens, a 36` smart TV, and a walk-in closet with hangers and a luggage rack. The suite also features direct access to a half-bathroom for added convenience.

Bedroom 2:
A cozy escape with a queen-size bed, luxury linens, a 36` smart TV, and a spacious closet with a luggage rack and hangers. Multiple USB ports and outlets at the bedside keep all your devices charged.

Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room & Workspace):
A guest favorite! This versatile room features a queen-size bed with a twin-sized loft bunk overhead, making it ideal for families or friends. A dedicated workspace includes a desk, ample outlets, USB ports, and reliable internet access. The large closet has hangers and a luggage rack, and a 36` smart TV adds to the entertainment options.

Half Bathroom:
Thoughtfully stocked with luxury towels, hand soap, lotion, and a hairdryer for a comfortable stay.

Full Bathroom:
A spa-like space featuring a bathtub/shower combo, plush towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for ultimate convenience.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available, along with an ironing board, iron, and a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Back Patio:

The neighborhood has minimal street traffic. You`ll find a variety of small cottages and residential houses in the area.

Hot Tub Care & Safety:
Use at your own risk; shower before entering.
Max 6 people, max temp 102°F.
No glass, food, alcohol, or smoking near the tub. Plastic cups and water only.
Children under 5 may not enter; ages 5–17 must be supervised.
Replace and latch cover after every use to retain heat and prevent damage.
Contact your host immediately if water looks dirty, low, or cloudy.
Extra fees apply if the tub is damaged, misused, or left requiring deep cleaning.

Treat the home as your own—report any damage or issues promptly.
