"We were there for a LSU/ATM game and we were in and out, but it was a nice stay. No problems at all. Hotel was clean and room was great. Unfortunately we didn't get to gamble or eat at the hotel."

"Upon arriving the hive at 3rd we entered into the hallways and encountered an overpowering smell of weed. We then entered a disgusting elevator that had an awful stench as well as trash in the elevator as well as throughout the hallways. We entered the apartment which also had a horrible smell. The apartment was not clean. There was hair in the beds, on the towels, toilets were dirty, kitchen was gross, floors were dirty, and there was even left over things from past guest such as a used toothpick on the floor. Since we arrived so late we had no other choice but to stay the first night. After a long day of traveling we decided to at least try to make the best of the situation and take a shower. The water had the most disgusting smell. The water reaked of rotten eggs/sewer. It was absolutely unbearable. I have never had a more awful experience in staying somewhere . I do not recommend this place at all. Due to the place being so unbearable we left the following morning as soon as we were able to find availability elsewhere. We tolerated this place for about 9 hours and left abruptly due to our extreme unsatisfaction. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here. "

"The process of being approved just to stay there was a pain. Having to download an app, and having to get a different door code for each day was ridiculous. The property appeared clean but the stairwells were nasty. The apartment itself was clean and roomy. The location of the property was ideal if going to LSU football games. I would not stay there again just due to difficulty of booking and checking in and dirty stairwells. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pictures matched the in-person vibe. The location is ideal as it’s near the freeway and major roads, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Ashley was very organized, providing clear instructions before we checked in and also a digital and printed guidebook for the stay- which was really helpful. Noteworthy was Ashley’s prompt response whenever we reached out to her. She was professional and attentive to our group during our weeklong stay. I would 100% choose this home again should I return to the area in the future. "
