It was really near by walk like 3 minutes away from Masjid Al- Nabawi. The food was really good, it was really clean everyone was so kind, I felt so safe here. When I get invited again for Umrah I would stay here again in Madinah.

Highly recommend this place, very clean with great service. Although it’s a bit far from the women’s gate, it’s definitely manageable. I went with my mom, and we had no difficulty accessing the Masjid at all.

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2025. The hotel is worth for the price. Neat and clean, very friendly staff and classic breakfast buffet. The only drawback is that this hotel is far from ladies gates of Haraam Shareef.

Overall our stay was good at Jayden hotel. Fairly close to the Masjid Al Nawabi, 5 mins walk to the courtyard and then on to the masjid interior. The hotel itself was better than expected, staffs were accommodating and friendly, general cleanliness and condition of the hotel, seemed newer except the hotel rooms are tiny. We had a “twin bed” room, and it felt very crammed. Breakfast was standard compared to most hotels in the general vicinity of the area. What stood out for this hotel - was the proximity to the masjid and generally friendly staffs.
